Websites, press kits, reels and merch
The short version: see it before you pay, no contracts, cancel any time with 30 days' notice, and your domain and files are always yours.
Effective September 27, 2026. Popups Comedy is a trade name of Red Frame, LLC. "We" and "us" means Popups Comedy. "You" means the comic, show or business buying from us.
Our website plans (Starter, Headliner and Producer) are a one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee. The setup fee covers designing, building and launching your site. The monthly fee covers hosting, keeping the site running, and the updates included in your plan, as listed on our pricing page.
Reels, video editing, YouTube channel work, merch design and bulk merch orders are separate services. We quote those per project before any work starts.
We may build a free concept site before you buy. It is a preview only and has no obligation attached. If you don't go ahead, we take it down on request.
Payments go through Stripe. When you sign up, you pay the setup fee and your first month together. Your plan then renews monthly (or yearly, if you chose yearly billing) on the same date until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we will let you know and retry. If it is still unpaid after 14 days, we may pause your site until the balance is paid. We will never delete a paused site without telling you first.
We may change our prices, but we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects your plan.
There is no contract. Cancel any time by emailing booking@popupscomedy.com with 30 days' notice. Your plan ends at the end of the billing period after those 30 days, and you won't be charged again.
When you leave, we send you a copy of your site files, and we help you move your domain wherever you want it.
We register your domain in your name, so you own it. The first year is included in your setup fee, and we keep it renewed for as long as your plan is active. If you cancel, the domain stays yours, and renewing it after that is up to you.
You have the right to use everything you send us: photos (including the photographer's permission), clips, music, logos and quotes. You won't ask us to publish anything illegal or anything that infringes someone else's rights. If someone makes a claim because of material you supplied, that responsibility is yours.
For merch, designs are based on your own material. We will not put other shows' logos, brands or other people's likenesses on shirts.
We build what we agreed, keep your site online, and make your updates promptly, usually within 24 hours. Websites depend on outside services (hosting, domain registrars, payment processors), so we can't promise your site will never go down. When it does, we fix it as quickly as we can.
We are not responsible for lost bookings, ticket sales or income caused by downtime or errors. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the problem happened.
We may stop working with a client who doesn't pay, is abusive, or uses the site for something illegal. Unless it's for a serious breach, we give 30 days' notice, refund any time already paid for, and send you your files.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If we ever disagree, we'll try to sort it out by talking first. If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and email active clients about any change that affects them.
